Denise Santiago BARTLETT

Denise HAS BEEN IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SINCE 1994. Denise SPECIALIZES IN establisHING and maintainING customer relations, pursuING projects bidding and contracts as well as executING marketing and business development plans.

Denise earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Lynn University and in 2010 a Master’s Degree from Florida International University in Construction Management. 

In May of 2011, Denise received her license as a State Certified General Contractor. It was at this point that she established DS Tilt, NOW KNOWN AS DSB CONTRACTING, as a MINORITY WOMAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE focusing on concrete flatwork. DENISE’S FOCUS EXPANDED IN 2018 TO general contracting services in the public and private sectors.
